The Eclecto fundraiser held at the Champlain Mill, sponsored by the Winooski Falls Development Company, Monelle, Ecco, Champlain College, Farrell Distributing and Mountain Air Systems, raised $2000 for the O’Brien Community Center in Winooski. We are very excited that the event will have the opportunity to positively impact our community!
The B2B Cartel which hosted the event is very excited about the funds raise. They are particularly thankful to the Northfield Savings Bank for their matching donation and to the Cascades Team for donating the space in the Mill and their help with set up for the event. Keep you ears open for the next B2B event this summer!

I have recently become obsessed with Etsy.
It all started with my hunt for unique holiday cards. No surprise my search landed me on this fun craft-sellers site. I have shopped Etsy before, but since I last visited I found the navigation a bit more user-friendly; making it much easier for me to weed through the junk and find the good stuff.
With the holidays upon us I started shopping around for all the special people on my list. It is now to the point where I want one of everything for MYSELF, and I have way to many options. Needless to say, I am very excited to give this Christmas. I love finding a gift perfectly matches it’s recipient. I find it harder and harder to do that these days.

As you well know we’ve had nothing but rain this summer. The result is pretty amazing at the Winooski Falls. The water is so high you don’t see any of the usual rocks underneath the raging water. Check out the pictures I took this morning on my cell phone.
I think the best part are the blue skys in the background!! Let’s hope it holds out.
Don’t miss Burlington’s spectacular display of fireworks tomorrow night. Head down to the Burlington waterfront tomorrow for the show at 9:30PM. You can also take your boat on the lake and view the fireworks form there. Boat traffic in the harbor closes at 8:30PM.
