With the recent adjustment to FHA Loan requirements the Cascades now qualify. Since we’ve sold 30% of the building (View Sold Cascades Property List Here), our buyers will soon be able to finance with an FHA Loan. We’ve started the project approval process and expect to be ready to go by March 1st. As it is now we can accept contracts contingent on this approval!

It is very exciting news for the Cascades and our future purchasers. Some of the benefits of FHA loans are as follows:

• Down payments as low as 3.5% and no mortgage payments held in reserve
• Flexible credit and income-qualifying guidelines
• Choice of predictable fixed-rate payments or attainable adjustable-rate introductory packages
